About This Webinar

Templates make engagement look consistent. Playbooks make it consistent in practice: the steps, decisions and timing that good engagement needs, built into how the work is planned and scheduled. This session shows how a community engagement playbook works, where it saves time, and how to keep room for the needs of each community so it never becomes a box-ticking exercise. You will see a simple playbook structure you can adapt for your own team.
