Used properly, AI adds the most value in the parts of engagement that consistently break down before a project even reaches reporting. It can sharpen objectives, improve stakeholder identification, strengthen the alignment between purpose and method, and help teams handle large volumes of input without losing important nuance.

What it does not replace is judgement, accountability, or professional responsibility. That distinction matters more, not less, as the tools become more capable.
